Aluminum heats up quickly, and stainless steel ensures even heat distribution. The nonstick coating ensures easy release of food and quick cleanup. Stainless steel handles are secured with stainless steel rivets.
The 10-inch pan is compatible with the 10-inch replacement lid, and the 12-inch pan is compatible with the 12-inch replacement lid. We regret that the 8-inch All-Clad lids do not fit 8-inch All-Clad fry pans.
