The All-Clad D5 Collection features five-ply bonded construction, with alternating layers of aluminum and stainless steel to eliminate hot spots and warping. Aluminum heats up quickly, and stainless steel ensures even heat distribution. The 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface is non-reactive, and the starburst finish offers natural stick resistance. Stainless steel handles are secured with stainless steel rivets. Each piece has a brushed stainless exterior and a flared rim to facilitate pouring.
