Use the de Buyer Mineral B Carbon Steel Egg and Pancake Pan to make single servings of eggs and pancakes. It is the ideal size for one egg or a small pancake. de Buyer Mineral B cookware is made from carbon steel, composed of 99% iron and 1% carbon. Cookware is shipped with a beeswax coating to prevent oxidation. Remove the coating with a sponge and hot water, and season with high smoke point oil prior to use. Continued use will build seasoning and result in nearly nonstick performance. Epoxy-coated steel handles are attached with rivets. Induction compatible. Oven safe at temperatures below 400ºF for less than 10 minutes. Hand wash without soap. Not dishwasher safe. Made in France.
