The aluminum core offers superior heat conduction, and the layers of stainless steel ensure even heat distribution and retention. The ceramic cooking surface is nonstick and non-toxic, free from PFOA, PFAS, PTFE, lead, cadmium, and BPA. Proprietary Stay Cool Handles feature a hollow core to minimize heat transfer and offer ease of maneuverability.
