This eco-friendly cookware features five-layer aluminum-clad construction with a mirror-polished stainless steel exterior. Aluminum heats up quickly, and stainless steel ensures even heat distribution. The commercial grade STRATANIUM+ nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils. The Scanpan HAPTIQ Collection is induction compatible and oven safe to 500°F. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended. Made in Denmark.
