Start with the combination whetstone, which has a J1000 grit side to restore the edge of your blade and a J6000 grit side to hone and polish that edge. The angled bamboo stand holds the whetstone in place at the proper angle for sharpening. Maintain your newly-sharpened knives with the included Shun Honing Steel.
