The SMEG Combi Countertop Oven combines retro style and modern function with 10 cooking functions and 33 pre-programmed recipes found within three cooking menus. Cooking functions include Air Fry, Defrost, Warm, Steam, and Grill. Use this oven to cook meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, bread, pizza, desserts and more. The Steam function helps lock in flavors and nutrients. This oven comes with two grill racks, enamel tray, and perforated stainless-steel tray, as well as an interior light and a detachable water tank for steam cooking. Cooking temperature range is 105°F to 445°F.
