Product Description
This hand-held sharpener is designed for both Western or European style knives and Asian Style knives, including Wusthof knives. It sharpens to either a 10- or 14-degree blade angle in two stages. Use the carbide side to coarsely sharpen your knife, then switch to the ceramic side to put a fine finish on the edge.
